Salesperson Pre-License Class:
The 45 hour (6 1/2 week) Pre-License Course is the most complete
and comprehensive presentation of Professional Real Estate in the field
today. The text and accompanying books and materials have been especially
designed to interface with the classroom and to prepare you for passing
the Real Estate Salesperson License Examination. The primary purpose of
the course is to offer the best possible instruction and preparation for
the
state licensing exam. Our passing rate (which is almost double the State
average) and student testimonials attest to the success of the program
over the years.
Therefore, we will re-admit any student free of charge who fails
to pass the Rhode Island Real Estate Exam provided they have purchased
all the required texts and materials and have received a passing grade
in our courses final exam. The course is designed to provide the student
with a basic understanding of concepts, principals and such topics
as contracts, investments, appraisal, brokerage, finance as well as
terminology fundamental to buying, selling or working as an agent.
Special emphasis is placed on real estate math, regular homework, test-taking
skills + RI State Laws.
Rhode Island Law now requires 45 hours of Pre-License Training by an approved Real Estate School before taking the Rhode Island Real Estate Exam. Our school is certified and approved to teach this training and this course qualifies.
