Agent & Landlord Required Classes per New State Lead Law

New Rhode Island State law requires owners of residential rental property built before 1978 to take an approved three hour lead hazard awareness class effective November 1, 2005. The following property owner categories are exempted: owner occupied 2 and 3 family homes and vacation homes rented for less than 100 days.
